The City Spring Approach

Acupuncture has been helping people for centuries and despite modern medical advances people still turn to it for many ailments and health issues. This demonstrates it is the approach that matters as much as the result.

As a natural form of healing it works towards helping the body engage in its own healing response.

Working with the body and mind in this way is the strength of acupuncture.
It helps thousands of people each year in the UK.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Post graduate studies have been many and varied but a significant aspect of Jon's continued professional development has been in the study of Chinese herbal medicine.
While Jon considers himself an acupuncturist first and foremost, he is able to offer Chinese herbal prescriptions to enhance treatments if necessary.

The herbs pictured are typical inclusions in many prescriptions but would be given as pre-prepared granules that you simply add water to, making them much easier to take.
